Our client, a privately owned Hull manufacturer, is looking to recruit an After Sales Co-Ordinator who can take responsibility for all the after sales enquiries and requests from their clients around the UK. A strong background in customer care is essential in order to provide solutions for the customers.
Key responsibilities:
The candidate:
You will ideally have gained experience in an after sales or warranty role previously to understand the key objectives of meeting the needs of the customers. Strong customer service and IT skills required. A knowledge of manufacturing processes would be of distinct advantage but isn't essential.

A full time permanent office based position with a generous salary, holidays and benefits package. Full training provided on the product range and any technical aspects of component parts.
