Our client is looking for an additional member of staff to join their growing HR team due to ambitious plans for growth in the years ahead. This is a demanding and busy environment and you will be providing support to over 2000 members of staff across the UK. As such, you will be involved in a wide range of duties relating to discipline and grievance, employee engagement, training and HR database management. Your initiative and ideas will be widely received and any improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency will be appreciated.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast paced HR environment and can back up their experience with CIPD qualification part or full completed.
