Working in a busy call centre environment, our client is seeking a confident customer service advisor to assist in the processing of customer claims. Duties for this role will include making both inbound and outbound calls, taking accurate details and processing claims through to completion. The successful candidate should be hardworking and possess a positive and professional telephone manner. Experience of working in a similar environment is advantageous but training will be given.

Hours for this vacancy are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (40 hrs).
