Our client is seeking a confident customer service advisor to assist in the processing of customer claims. Duties for this role will include making both inbound and outbound calls and therefore the successful candidate should be hardworking and possess a positive and professional telephone manner. Experience of working in a similar environment is advantageous but training will be given.
Progressing customer claims
Building professional, working relationships
Acting as first point of contact for customers and clients
Dealing with incoming and outgoing emails and calls promptly
Ensuring that claims data is recorded, maintained and updated accurately
Managing any complaints in line with company policies
