Our client is currently one of the most successful companies in the Yorkshire region and is going through a substantial period of growth.  As such, they are looking to recruit a new team of Customer Service Advisors to work for their new partnership, a client who provide solutions to businesses around the UK and in to Europe. They require experienced customer service professionals who can look after key clients and support them on an ongoing basis. 

Key responsibilities:

• Dealing with calls and emails from customers on a daily basis
• Resolve issues and provide solutions to the customers
• Provide support via phone, email and webchat
• Liaise with internal departments when required
• Maintain information and keep up to date records on the CRM system

The candidate:

You will have experience in a customer facing role ideally gained within an office environment.  Strong IT skills and communication skills required to work effectively in resolving the needs of the customers and keeping information up to date.
