Customer Services Advisor, North Lincs


An excellent opportunity to join the head office of one of the UK’s fastest growing retailers and an Indeed Top-Rated Workplace, Kingston Recruitment are currently looking to source experienced Customer Service staff to join our clients growing team.

Working across a range of functions including general enquiries, installation/delivery support, complaints and aftersales/warranty services, the successful candidate will be focused on providing excellent outcomes for customers on every call. In return, our client offers a generous starting salary of £20,400 per anum, raising to £21,280 after 12 weeks and up to £24,480 + £2,000 per anum OTE over time.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively resolving customer queries and issues through various channels of communication.
  • Taking ownership of each customer contact to provide the best resolution.
  • Provide all customers with an exceptional and inspirational experience.
  • Demonstrate empathy and clear understanding when liaising with customers in a professional manner.
  • Assist stores with any related queries or concerns relating to the systems or processes.
  • Identify and report on processes that could result in a poor customer experience
  • Our client is located a short distance from the Humber Bridge on the Southbank, with good public transport access from Hull, Barton-upon-Humber, Scunthorpe and other nearby locations.

Working hours are 8:55am to 5:30pm, 5 days per week including 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a day of in lieu during the week

Part time roles are also available, Monday – Friday 20+ hours per week

Salary: £22,400 - £26,480
