Working across a range of functions including general enquiries, installation/delivery support, complaints and aftersales/warranty services, the successful candidate will be focused on providing excellent outcomes for customers on every call. In return, our client offers a generous starting salary of £20,400 per anum, raising to £21,280 after 12 weeks and up to £24,480 + £2,000 per anum OTE over time.

Key responsibilities will include:
Working hours are 8:55am to 5:30pm, 5 days per week including 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a day of in lieu during the week
Part time roles are also available, Monday – Friday 20+ hours per week
Salary: £22,400 - £26,480
