An opportunity to join a highly professional manufacturing operation in a responsible role with full accountability for the sales administration and account management of a number of key clients. As Customer Services Co-Ordinator, duties will involve dealing with the orders coming through from customers and liaising with purchasing to ensure there is adequate stock in place. The order will then be planned through production and deliveries arranged at the end with the paperwork process being maintained throughout and contact with the customer at all stages.
Strong customer services skills and experience are essential although these could have been gained either within manufacturing or the service sector. The successful candidate must be highly competent on Excel. The ideal candidate will also have used SAP previously.
