Our client, a well-established professional services organisation based in the heart of the City Centre, is seeking an additional team member to join their welcoming front of house function.
This is a key role within the business, providing essential administrative support while being the first point of contact for clients visiting the office or calling in.
Key Responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate
Previous reception or front-of-house experience within a professional services environment although consideration given to those from other sectors.
Strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures
Confident, welcoming, and professional approach to customer service
Excellent communication and organisational skills
