Working from the Head Office of a growing manufacturing company in East Yorkshire, this is a newly created management role to oversee all aspects of customer service and general operations within the non-production based departments of the organisation. Working alongside senior management, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring high service levels within the customer service team
Monitoring performance and developing new initiatives to improve and develop processes and procedures
Developing the relationships between operations and manufacturing
First point of contact for all customer escalations to ensure efficient and effective customer service levels achieved for major issues
Establish and develop KPI's and objectives
Conducting reviews of all departments on an ongoing basis
The successful candidate will either come from a large manufacturing background or have worked in a contact centre environment in order to understand the customer journey. B2C knowledge would be the most effective. Experience of managing multiple teams required. An ability to demonstrate examples of continuous improvement within a developing organisation.
