Our client has continued their rapid growth plans during 2020 and is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to work from their Head Office in Hull. With a forward thinking and commercially focused approach, you will be providing advice and guidance to staff across all areas of the business. This is a varied role within a fast paced environment and working alongside the HR team and reporting to the HR Director and Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Full involvement in the recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, conducting interviews and making the necessary offers.
The ideal candidate will have previous exposure to a challenging business and have a minimum of 2 years' HR Advisor experience. You will be able to demonstrate an up to date legislative knowledge backed up by Level 3 upwards CIPD. You will have strong reporting skills and be competent using Microsoft Excel. This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday with some remote working during COVID restrictions. On offer is a generous salary, bonus scheme and funding for any necessary training and qualifications.
