Our client is looking for an additional member of staff to join their growing HR team due to ambitious plans for growth in the years ahead. This is a demanding and busy environment and you will be providing support to over 1500 members of staff across the UK. As such, you will be involved in a wide range of duties relating to recruitment, discipline and grievance and HR database management. Your initiative and ideas will be widely received and any improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency will be appreciated.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Placing advertisements, sifting through applications, conducting interviews and assisting with the recruitment process including rejection and offer letters
* Monitor recruitment activity by utilising the HR database
* Recording data relating to starters/leavers, pay amendments, personnel records and training and development activities
* Provide general advice and guidance to staff
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast paced HR environment and can back up their experience with CIPD qualification part or full completed. On offer is a generous salary and the opportunity to develop your career further within HR.
