We are recruiting on behalf of our Global client for a Key Account Manager to manage customer requirements and orders. Being the first point of call it will be expected of the successful candidate to take complex design briefs, liaise with artworkers, design teams and production. Co-ordinate, arrange and file approved samples of work and maintain accurate, detailed records of customer requirements. Customer service is paramount and excellent inter-personal skills will be pivotal to succeed in this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience of print, label or packaging processes although experienced Key Account Managers with manufacturing knowledge will also be considered.
This is a permanent, full time role offering a competitive salary.
