Our established and reputable client has an opening for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their organisation on a full time, permanent basis.
Working within a busy team, the day to day duties will involve copy and audio typing various legal documents, answering the department telephone and dealing with general enquiries, making refreshments for meetings, scheduling appointments and arranging necessary transport, keep an up to date filing system and general administration duties of faxing and photocopying. This is a ‘hands on’ role which requires the successful candidate to be able to multi-task and assist in the smooth running of the department.
Fast and accurate keyboard skills are essential along with computer literacy.
The client is offering a very attractive salary to work Monday-Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm.
