Our prestigious, award winning client is looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator who can take on the challenge of running a very busy office along with managing their growing social media presence.
Working in small, very busy team it will be required from the candidate to liaise with clients to ensure all paperwork and monies are collected, ensure contractors hours are verified and accurate timesheets are submitted, deal with any invoice queries, update media platforms and carry out general administration duties to create an organised office environment.
The hours of work will be Monday-Friday 8.30pm – 5.30pm with a degree of flexibility.
This is a permanent role and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate flexibility, hard-working ethics, have previous senior administration experience with a good knowledge of social media. In return the client offers an attractive salary.
