Kingston Recruitment are working with a local company with a 30 year history behind them who are ready to develop the management team within the business. As such, they are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can take control of the staff and the commercial aspects of the organisation. A hands-on approach is required at all times in order to learn the services on offer and gain the respect and trust of the loyal and longstanding staff.
Key responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate will have exposure to a construction related industry in order to gain respect and knowledge quickly within their setting. You will have managed a large number of staff previously. IOSH/NEBOSH qualification would be of benefit.
On offer is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday. Company car provided for site and client meetings.
