Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy being at the heart of a busy office environment? Due to an internal move, our well-established client is looking to welcome a new team member to their friendly Customer Services team, based at their Head Office in East Hull.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, helping to process orders, solve problems, and ensure a seamless service from start to finish — all as part of a close-knit, supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing customer enquiries and processing sales orders via phone and email
• Working collaboratively with internal departments to coordinate order fulfilment
• Updating delivery notes and maintaining records on the internal system
• Liaising with the Warehouse Manager and logistics team to schedule deliveries
• Handling warranty queries and aftersales support, working with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve any issues promptly

What We’re Looking For:
Previous customer service experience — ideally within a manufacturing or supplies environment
A good understanding of sales administration and aftersales processes
Excellent communication and IT skills
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and team-oriented mindset

What’s On Offer:
A part-time, permanent role working Monday to Wednesday, with some flexibility on hours (occasional Thursdays may be required)

23 days holiday pro rata, rising to 25 days (plus bank holidays)
