Due to an increase in business levels, our client is looking for an additional member of staff to support their Head Office function working within both the front-of-house and accounts departments. As part of a job share on reception you will deal with incoming calls and greet visitors on a daily basis in the afternoon and then in the morning provide support to the accounts department. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to work on a full time permanent basis and have variety in their workload.
The successful candidate will have worked in a frontline role previously and be used to the expectations of a reception support position. Some knowledge of accounts is also required in order to help with the processing of invoices, reconciliation work and some ad hoc administrative support duties.
There is a generous salary on offer and normal hours of work will be 830am to 545pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1pm Friday.
