Rental & Asset Management Assistant (Temp to Perm), Hull

Description

An exciting opportunity to become a part of a fast growing company in the Hull area. Supporting their commercial client base nationally, the successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, ideally from a fleet management/motor industries.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the ALS Fleet Management
  • Helping with the on-off hire management of assets
  • Create rental reservations for assets on the system
  • De-pinking process in the system
  • Weekly yard check asset inventory – checking the standing fleet.
  • Creating rate schedules for customers
  • Asset disposal documentation

Hours/Days: Monday to Friday 8:00 – 17:30
