Due to an increase in business levels, our client in East Hull is looking for an experienced high-level Administrator to work in a newly created role to support various functions of the business. Working for senior management, the company are seeking a candidate who has ideally worked within a technical environment previously in a role such as Office Manager, PA or Document Controller.
Your duties will therefore be varied and extensive and include aspects of the following:
Producing reports on Excel for the benefit of senior management
Assisting the Health and Safety Officer with administration and certifications
Various PA duties including diary management for the MD
Document control work in the form of checking and issuing reports
Other associated duties
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with Excel on a daily basis, be used to a varied support role in a challenging environment and have the confidence to work autonomously. This is a permanent position to work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
