Working as part of the HR team of a successful manufacturing company, Kingston Recruitment are looking to recruit a Training Co-Ordinator who can assist and develop the existing training opportunities within the organisation. You will provide an internal support to all departments of the business and as such, your duties will be varied and include:
The ideal candidate will have previous exposure to training and development internally within an organisation with strong administrative skills and the flexibility to support the business as a whole. Experience of delivering training would be a distinct advantage.
