Kingston Recruitment are looking for two members of staff to join an established IT department. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals to further their career within IT in a professional environment for a company with their Head Office function in Hull. Acting as point of contact and support for the department, you will be taking details of faults from users within the business and gradually building your knowledge of the systems and functions within the company. There will be the expectation as time progresses to deal with issues from cradle to grave including site visits and involvement in some project work too.
The successful candidate will have already gained at least two years' experience of working in IT and have sound and professional communication skills in order to represent the company as expected. A knowledge of MS Office is essential coupled with Windows Desktop and basic network principles.
On offer is a full time permanent position to work Monday to Friday although there is the expectation to work on a rota basis covering Saturday mornings. There is also a fixed term contract of twelve months available to cover a period of maternity leave working the same hours. Some remote working expected during COVID restrictions.
