Our specialised, manufacturing client is looking to recruit a Factory Team Leader to ensure a particular production function operates effectively to achieve optimum output.
The role will also involve day to day monitoring of H&S, providing risk assessments and to organise adequate training for all Line Leaders and Factory Operatives. The company operates within a lean manufacturing environment so the ability to implement and introduce continuous improvements would be expected.
It will also be expected of the successful candidate to issue and sign off work orders, order and issue relevant PPE, carry out staff appraisals, arrange correct materials to production line.
This is a full time, permanent role potentially working 2 shift patterns covering 7.00am – 4.00pm and between 4.00pm - 2.00am. The salary is negotiable.
