Our client is looking for a Team Leader to manage one of their very busy production lines. The role will involve full management of a small team and day to day duties will include the following:
Managing rotas and staff management.
Ensuring all raw materials are ready for production.
Monitor and minimise machinery ‘down time.’
Maximise production productivity.
Complete shift KPI’s.
Carry out internal audits.
Responsible for the team to adhere to all H&S regulations and investigate any incidents.
Contribute ideas on company improvements and cost saving initiatives.
The successful candidate will have food manufacturing experience and have worked at a supervisory level.
This is a permanent role paying £25,000 per annum.
Working alternative shifts 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm.
