Our client is a well-established and highly regarded organisation within the construction sector, experiencing sustained growth and an expanding project portfolio. As part of their continued development, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their team.
Based from their East Yorkshire Head Office, the successful candidate will bring a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience and the confidence to commercially manage and represent the business across major projects throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
3-5 years’ post-qualification experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction industry
Strong understanding of commercial reporting, cost control, and contract administration
Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide as required
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
