On behalf of our client, Kingston Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an experienced Stores/Purchasing Coordinator to work for our Hull Based client, a world leader in their field.
The opportunity will be on a temporary basis initially with the possibility of going permanent in the New Year.
The successful candidate will operate in a split role between stores and office, ensuring engineering components and other consumables are readily available to staff on-site and accurately logged with SAP.
To ensure that all deliveries are correct, checked off, marked up, put away and booked onto SAP within 24 hours.
To make reasonably requests for deliveries around the site within 24 hours.
To assist in booking out products for the trades and contractors.
To be able to work Safely, operating under all Health and Safety systems and procedures whilst understanding client Safety Compliance Culture.
Excellent communication skills, being able to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal customers.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
