Our client is looking for an exceptional trainer who can deliver first class sales training to staff based all over the North of England who require product training in order to maximise sales opportunities. The position requires being based two days per week at their Head Office in North Lincolnshire and the remaining three days field based visiting retail stores up to the Scottish borders.
Key responsibilities will include:
Delivering technical product training to retail staff
Liaising directly with customers regarding any after sales issues
Reviewing store performances and addressing any issues with Store Managers
Visiting stores regularly to conduct sales performance reviews
Ensuring all product material is relevant and up to date
Producing reports for senior management
The successful candidate will have worked in the retail sector previously ideally within construction trade or home improvement sectors. Consideration will be given to other retail backgrounds. Experience of delivering training essential and the willingness to travel extensively.
You will be provided with a fully expensed company car and receive a generous salary with bonuses based on KPI's relating to improvements in store performance.
